   We had a bit of a mixed experience but don't let that stop you. Our food arrived at our table very cool...as in not hot...after a lengthy wait. That means these beautifully prepared dishes had been sitting a long time and not under a heat lamp. We started with the house salad which was excellent. Next came the mains of shrimp and grits, and the scallop dish. The taste and presentation were spot on...just sadly not warm. The shrimp and grits were perhaps the best I have ever had with a flavor that was out of this world. The scallops came with a nice rosemary sauce but were just this side of cold in the center. The place was hopping so I'm sure our server got tied up with a large group or something and our food was stuck at the pass. Stuff happens. I wouldn't think twice about going back and giving it another try.

   Amazing food and even better service ! Highly recommend the filet or triple tail fish . Brussels sprouts are the best I’ve had .

   Everything here was so amazing me and my wife went for our anniversary and it was some of the best food we have ever eaten you have to try the coffee crusted sirloin

   Based on all of the reviews, we were looking forward to dinner before an event at the Saenger. We were sat promptly, but it went downhill from there. Our waitress took out drink orders, I got the old fashion, delivered with a bright red cherry.. basically something you would get at any dive bar. The wedge salad was very good, but the waitress dropped the dish on the table and walked off without asking if I wanted pepper. My partner had the creole seafood pasta which was mostly sausage and almost no seafood. Later that night, she got sick. I had the Tensaw Tounado, which was tasty but the shrimp were overcooked and over seasoned. Needless to say, we will not be going back

   Dumbwaiter has never failed me! Wes runs a great restaurant. Brussels sprouts are a must for everyone to try

   The fried green tomatoes had an interesting batter to them tasted more like sweet cake batter. not a huge fan. The lamb chop special was absolutely to die for….The drinks were also very good and the prices were within reason.
