This was our 2nd visit to The Edge Steakhouse. The venue and view are 2nd to none. Overall, our food was pretty good. We split the 45 day dry-aged New York strip, French fries and steamed veggies. Steak was fattier than expected and the carrots were undercooked. Strangely, our waiter walked past our table several times and never asked if I wanted a refill on my empty drink. Not a big deal, but when you’re paying these prices, you expect a greater level of attention. Not sure we’ll be returning.

This is our second time dining at the Edge. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and everything was perfect - service, food, ambiance! Andrea was our server both times and went above and beyond. She called us by name, took our picture and made excellent recommendations on menu items. We will be back!

Beautiful setting at the Ritz-Carlton , special New Year’s Eve dinner $325 a person not including one glass of sparkling wine or champagne. We didn’t even get a party favor. 🤷‍♀️‼️ Food was below par. Amuse bouche and first course was good. Other than that, sorry to say disappointed.

The service staff did an incredible job. Chad, our server, was personable and kind. They even added a few extra touches to our meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly delightful evening!

Very delicious food! Our steaks were amazing. We also really enjoyed the butternut squash soup and Caesar salad. Cheesecake desert was fantastic. Friendly service. A little loud inside because of holiday celebrations but overall nice atmosphere.

Food was not good. My husband had birthday and received some kind of old dry cake. Embarrassing!

Another fantastic experience at The Edge. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, we were greeted with smiles from all staff and made to feel at home with manager, Daniel. We sat at the bar and Ron delivered the most special cocktails and wine to pair with our meal selections. A must tried is the fries lobster tail and be sure to order extra bread! The gluten free focaccia is one of the best I’ve ever had! Thank you Edge team and the Ritz. Can’t wait to return!

Delicious steaks and wonderful service. Love the complimentary house mini old fashioned to begin. Superb service and ambience with great views. Very expensive , however

Excellent service by our waiter Raphael! Chef was on his game tonight! Wonderful from start to finish! Chef’s name I think Darrell? Or Darren? Beautiful ambiance goes without saying. I highly recommend!
