Situated on Bateman Street in the heart of the West End, The Golden Oven story began in 1994, our Chefs wealth of experience, hard work and support from the entire team makes are food very unique and traditional.
Our success has been achieved by keeping faithful to our heritage and maintaining original recipes and we still continue to use the finest ingredient in all of our produce.
The emphasis is on fresh spices and traditional recipes so you can be sure the dishes taste just as they would in India. The restaurant itself is relaxed and unpretentious, with friendly staff to guide diners through the menu. Classics like Balti Chicken Tikka Massala is fit for any royals or you can try the chef’s signature dishes. Try the Sylheti Satkora if you like your food Medium spice. The Nan bread is very soft and fresh to compliment any food.
