Steak ordered medium rare and came medium well. Salad served with dinner at same time and salad bowl placed on the hot plate with the steak.

My wife got the filet, twice baked and Caesar. She loved.all and had no issues. I got the T-bone, baked potato, & vegetables. Potato and veg were excellent. The steak is where the issues arose. I understand the steak is relatively new to the menu. It is quite large and wouldn't fit on the plate, literally covering half the potato. I cut the meat free from the bone and began to eat, and found a lot of grizzle and "silver skin" throughout. I had to keep pulling inedible meat from my mouth to discard. Steak was supposed to be medium, but was cooked more med-well. And the plate had a rounded, bowed bottom so as I tried to cut the meat, the plate would spin. All of this was very unusual for The Keg. I've had this steak before and did not have any issues, loved it. Service was fine. This was just a bad night for my food. We've been to The Keg many times and always had great food, great service, and wonderful experiences. We'll be back.

I think the chef was having an off night. We both ordered our steaks medium. My husband's steak came out rare and mine was way overcooked. They made a new steak for me and it was still too done. They took my husband's steak to cook it a little more but it still came back really rare. The waiter, Tyler was fabulous and apologized profusely. They did comp one of the steaks.

Went in for an early dinner and took our time. Was a bit bright when we arrived but they did lower the lights I think! Had appetizers, salad, then our our main courses with a nice bottle of wine. Server was excellent and timed everything to come out just right. We never felt rushed to pay so they could have the table over the 2.5 hrs we were there. Perfect date night!! We’ll be back!! Love The Keg!

We had the 20 oz Rib Steak and my wife had the 8 oz French Onion Sirloin. The Rib Steak was cooked to perfection as every bite was flavorful and my wife's Sirloin was just as delicious and she hopes that it stays as a regular feature and not just a special as it was then. We also enjoyed a shared Ceasar Salad, bottle of wine. and a Chocolate cake for our anniversary. We had some leftovers to take home and are looking forward to having it another day. The service was also outstanding!

Noise level was bad. We couldn’t talk to each other at our table. The diners seated across from us were very loud.
