The Liberty NYC is open from 11:00am during the week and 10:00am on weekends. We offer Happy Hour EVERY DAY from 4-8pm, which includes our famous $12 mules of various styles, house wine for $8, house beer for $7, Blue Point Oysters for $9, and assorted small bites for $13!

Our Bottomless Brunch is also not one to miss from 10:00am until 4:00pm every Saturday and Sunday.

Our all-day dining menu includes breakfast, gluten-free and vegetarian options. Select Standard Seating for indoor dining or Outdoor for outdoor dining.

The Liberty embodies the spirit of the city she serves; the liberty to be one’s self. The Liberty is located at 29 West 35th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, just steps from Herald Square, the Empire State Building, and Macy's. The space is elegant but informal with soaring 18ft ceilings. The venue is a marriage of the classic and the contemporary of New York.

We waited a bit for our food order to be taken in the beginning but JT was the best. We chose the bottomless brunch option and our glasses were never empty. They even changed the tv for us in the booth we were sitting at and put the Knicks game on (they won too!!) From start to finish the food was amazing (get the sweet chili wings as an appetizer, you won’t be sorry) and JT took a birthday shot with us as we were celebrating my husband. 10/10 service and food. This was my second time here and they do not disappoint. Will definitely be a regular here for brunch 🤍

Nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. The weather was lovely so they had the doors open and since we were sitting near the entrance, it was like dining al fresco. Excellent, friendly service and the food is always so good. Definitely would recommend for a get together with friends or family and a great meal.

Food was fairly standard, nothing particularly special, but we did the bottomless mimosa brunch-- worth it. The staff were absolutely wonderful in every way, the best NYC has to offer.
