We are not just a restaurant, but an institution in Arlington. The first floor of our restored historic property houses an inviting bar and lounge that remains vibrant all hours of the day. Our upstairs dining room offers professional service, a warm ambiance, and a menu featuring rustic, modern American cuisine. We are devoted to in-house production: we bake all of our own bread and pastas, sausages, and desserts. Our beverage program features creative specialty cocktails, a diverse wine list, and a great selection of premium draft and bottled beer. We are known for our unlimited small plates brunch on the weekend and late night dancing Friday through Sunday. Liberty To-Go offers a separate carry-out entrance on Irving Street where wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas, fresh salads and other specialties are offered for enjoyment at home.

Liberty Tavern is always a good brunch spot. You can order a dish off the menu or do all you can eat. We chose the all you can eat option so we could try as many items as possible. Everything was yummy. Except the turkey bacon and sage sausage. Those were super dried out. Great spot to meet up with friends on the weekend!

We went to celebrate our engagement and the staff made it so special! They all made an effort to say congratulations and made sure our brunch was seamless. We have always loved brunch here but are def loyal customers for life now. :)

Very good brunch. Tapas portions small, but come regularly. Food was good, nice quiet spot. The price is fair, but not great for what you receive. Service was great!

We had a party of nine in the lounge area for brunch. It was the perfect spot, and everyone enjoyed the meal. Liberty Tavern never disappoints!

Lovely dinner- delicious food, second floor was quieter which was great. Our server Austin did a great job taking care of us.

We had a wonderful experience here for our daughter’s birthday. They have a wonderful kids menu. My son (5 years old) also ordered his own meal and our waitress was very sweet and patient with him. We had a reservation for an outside table (recommend as it’s very crowded) and absolutely loved everything we ordered. The ravioli was fantastic!!! The ambience was a little loud due to the passing cars but that’s nothing the restaurant could control. 100% recommend.
