The Loft Live Theatre-Lounge-Dining located in the vibrant Heavenly Village of South Lake Tahoe, California.                                                                                       Our first time there… won’t be our last! Todd was great and the table side magic show was really cool! The food was very good and a good $$ value in my opinion.

                                                                                      We’ve made The Loft our go-to when going to a show or event in South Lake since “discovering” it 4 years ago. The service is always spot on - helpful in providing recommendations, friendly, and attentive without being clingy. They manage the timing and delivery of multiple plates extremely well. If attending the show (they always ask), they also coordinate the timing of your meal to ensure your transition from dinner to show is seamless. We always feel comfortable and relaxed whether doing a tapas dinner, or just relaxing with an appetizer and drink at one of their indoor fire tables. The ambiance is warm/comfortable/friendly and intimate at the same time. The Tapas menu is creative, varied, and the food is always very well done and presented. Their drink menu is well crafted and just as well executed. We’ve never had a bad experience at The Loft and expect to keep going back regularly.

                                                                                      We had a great time at The Loft! It was our 2nd time, and the service and food were even better than the first time. We had 9 people, including a young child. Everyone could talk, and be heard, while we enjoyed the diverse tapas we ordered. The service was incredible, always there just as we needed something. We went to the show afterwards, and enjoyed it as well. The Loft is a unique and fun experience, and Tahoe is lucky to have it!

                                                                                      Like the small portion/plates concept to be shared; most dishes are our favorite, but couple ones are not, more personal taste though; most favorites are cervich, breads, scallops, and calamari Overall should be 4.5.

                                                                                      Pork cheek was by far the best food. The Mac n cheese was amazing too but the blackened shrimp was spicy. Highly recommend Smoke n Mirrors if you like bourbon. Just keep in mind that the dishes are small appetizer sized and when they recommend ordering 2-3 dishes per person, they mean it.

                                                                                      The food was great, we were 2 people and ordered 5 dishes. This time the burguer was a little bit burned and bitter, but the rest of the food was great. The drinks are awesome! Just keep in mind that the menu has changed and has different plates that were on the shared menu at OpenTable.
