Our family run restaurant is open daily serving lunch and dinner. Our menu specialises in quality local ingredients from our scotch beef sourced from master butcher John Gilmour to our fresh seafood from Bernard Corrigan's of Glasgow.

Our bar hosts a wide range of spirits, varies selection of beers, a high quality wine list to complement our menu and a diverse cocktail menu to cater for all tastes.

We have an outdoor terrace that can be enjoyed during the summer months.

The steaks were fab, was a big disappointed that there was only half a tomato with the steak and chips. I would liked to have seen a few vegetables or side salad with my delicious steak. The starters and deserts were all lovely. A great restaurant and very efficient and friendly staff.

Unfortunately didn’t have a very good experience at McMillans, we were given a £100 pound voucher from our daughter for our Christmas and we’re so looking forward to our dining experience but my fillet steak was rare instead of medium done and couldn’t even cut it probably as it seemed to be a bad cut. My husbands sirloin was under done too, we didn’t complain at the time but when asked by the waitress how our meal was explained t her how disappointed we were with our steaks, she was apologetic but joked how we got it for free as we had a voucher and it must have been a bad cut of meat we had, but surely at £37 for a steak it shouldn’t be a bad cut and my daughter paid £100 so it wasn’t free. Otherwise the restaurant has a lovely ambiance and staff were friendly.

We had a great evening at McMillan, celebrating a birthday. It is not the cheapest place, but the staff were friendly, the food delicious and the atmosphere was great. We really enjoyed it, it was a great treat

Was very busy we were kept waiting although there were tables lying empty and after about 10 mins got put into one that was empty. We ordered drinks then food I felt my steak had been lying a couple of minutes as the chips were look warm

Food was excellent but plates were cold which is a pet hate for my girlfriend, restaurant was also pretty cold and the air conditioning was on, to be fair it was a really cold night but didn't warm up in the restaurant 😞

Really wonderful meal and service. Brilliant! Madeleine was especially attentive and lovely with our young son. Thanks for making it a very special evening for our family.
