    We come every year and this year was by far the worst experience we have had. Service was slow, they were out of multiple food items, the experience was not the same

    We had a great meal at the Melting Pot last night. The food is always delicious (come hungry!), but the service was exceptional! Rico took great care of us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We love the renovations and found sitting at a table, rather than in a booth, much better for dining. The lighting was also much improved from prior visits. The cheese fondues were both delicious. The salads were fresh and had the right amount of dressing. The main course and side dishes were devoured. And the dessert fondues (flaming turtle and s'mores) were the perfect ending for our crowd.

    Great experience, delicious food! The fondue and the cooking styles worked nicely and was a neat novelty.

    Remodel looks great, it is a little noisier and not as private but the food and service was excellent

    Our server was excellent. She was attentive and took extra steps to make the experience great. They are closing for several weeks for a remodel or something and we went two days before that so the restaurant was dirty and definitely in need of a remodel.

    Amazing, delicious food! Our server Bianca was so friendly and helpful (it was our first time). Definitely worth going back to!

    We stood waiting for 20 minutes for our 8:30 reservation. We actually listened to the hostess call another 8:30 reservation to find out if they were coming or not before she seated us. Not sure why they were more important than the customers that were standing in front of her. We had not been to this melting pot for a while. It is obvious why they are closing in September for a remodel. One of the cushions in our booth was split. The restaurant felt a little warm and stuffy. Food was good. It is disappointing that they do not mix the cheese at your table anymore. Our cheese fondue was a little runny. And did not seem to be enough cheese for the four people at the table. So the portion fell a little small. Meats were fine. Server was not very attentive. We had four empty water glasses on our table and had to flag him down to get additional water. He never offered additional vegetables. It was an ok visit. Not the amazing experience we remembered from the past. 😔

    The restaurant was dirty, smelled awful (stale air, rotting vegetables), carpet smelled of mold and the bathroom were filthy. The food was bad, cheese fondue was tasteless and meats were low quality. The salad dressing looked and tasted like Peptibismol
