This restaurant has gone through a remodel and now looks like any other restaurant. It is ordinary and boring. This used to be a unique experience, an intimate setting evoking a feeling of exclusivity (even though it wasn’t exclusive at all), but all that is gone. The warm wood, rich colors and tall booths have given way to bright lights, short booths and a loud environment taking away from the experience.

Lovely dinner! We especially love the new grill option for the meat/veggie course. It was delicious!!! The entire meal was good! Love the classic alpine cheese and the classic chocolate fondue. I’m gluten free and they brought us gluten free options! Service was excellent and attentive- even on Christmas Eve!! Worth every penny!!!!! 🎄

The remodeled interior is not as cozy and intimate as it used to be, and the new chairs are uncomfortable. It feels more like any other restaurant now, which is not a compliment. It was better and more private before. Very disappointing for how expensive it is.

My husband and I went here to celebrate my birthday. The cheese and chocolate were amazing and so was the seafood, but the steak… let’s just say, the steak was disgusting. I question if it was even steak. The texture and taste were like nothing I’ve ever tasted before. The service was ok. It started out great, but towards the end, our server disappeared for 25 + minutes and we sat with empty drink glasses while she was going to get us more water. Overall, neat concept and experience but it needs better meats and service for us to return again.

We come every year and this year was by far the worst experience we have had. Service was slow, they were out of multiple food items, the experience was not the same

We had a great meal at the Melting Pot last night. The food is always delicious (come hungry!), but the service was exceptional! Rico took great care of us and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We love the renovations and found sitting at a table, rather than in a booth, much better for dining. The lighting was also much improved from prior visits. The cheese fondues were both delicious. The salads were fresh and had the right amount of dressing. The main course and side dishes were devoured. And the dessert fondues (flaming turtle and s'mores) were the perfect ending for our crowd.
