   Ahmad was our waiter, and he was charming and attentive. The hostess was lovely and all the staff showed their professionalism and service beautifully. The food was excellent! They brought a slice of Italian cake to celebrate my birthday, which we shared, along with very good Irish coffees. The drinks were very good, and though it’s a pricey dinner, we had a great experience and will be back.

   Met some longtime friends for a weekend in Dallas and introduced them to The Mercury. They raved about this choice: beautiful setting seated in the Wine Room; quiet for conversation. Outstanding wine list; our waiter, Corey, was very helpful in making sugestions and when our secnd bottle choice wasn't available he brought us an alternative at the same price ($40 less than listed). Shared appetizer of pan-seared shrimp with jalapeno grits was spectacular; salads -- Heirloom Tomato and Pear & Gorgonzola -- were also both delicious. Crisped salmon and Tuna "mignon" entrees were unique and also very tasty. Corey gave us a "tour" of some of the bottles in the glass floor-to-ceiling wine coolers as we were leaving. A great evening!!

   excellent service from the entire staff. Tanner is a great waiter. the lunch menu is so creative. Mercury remains one of the best in Dallas

   Had not been to the Mercury in 13 years since I moved from Dallas to Houston. It’s still the most gracious, enjoyable dining experience I’ve ever had. The menu and the food is so diverse and delicious you wish you could try everything . Wish I could go every week.
