More than a restaurant, Oyster Loft is an experience, where the excellent service is rivaled only by the flavor and beauty of our dishes, upscale cuisine and regional seafood dishes artfully prepared. Dine with sparkling views of Pismo Beach, and enjoy appetizers, seasonal main courses and indulgent sweets.

Oyster Loft boasts a menu rich with fresh fish. Our raw bar features a variety of oysters shucked on the half shell from both the east and west coasts. The menu also includes seafood dishes, shellfish preparations and a selection of meat to round out the offerings. The range of the menu offers you the opportunity to choose your dining experience.

Amazing and delicious started with the special tomato clam soup. It had a little kick to it, which was a wonderful surprise. Charbroil oysters on the half shelve were perfectly done. Had the scallops they melted in your mouth with every bite. The staff was amazing . Always making sure we were doing great. Definitely be back

We made reservations way in advance, we were seated at the one table all by itself next to the door on the patio, It was clod, there was no light, I had to asked for a candle so we could see our food, Ridiculous, It took 25 minutes to get our first drink and he forgot mine and only brought one drink. :( We have dinned there many times and this was a terrible experience for valentines date, especially for the price. I would not recommend dining here.

Been here a dozen times, always consistent! Got free dessert a few times for celebration dinners, they care about their customers.

The food was great and our server was lovely. He made our experience very nice. The host staff were patient and accommodating and also very nice.

On a sunny day in January we chose Oyster Loft for a high quality dinner with a great view of the ocean and sunset. We sat on the patio anticipating a good view even though the space heaters weren't sufficient to keep us warm. Our fellow patio patrons also kept their down jackets on. The restaurant screens obscured our view of the beach and wharf. If we knelt down and looked out the unobstructed part, the view was lovely. Our waitress was very nice, but did not seem to remember that she was serving us. There were long pauses between her appearances. We wanted to order dessert and coffee, but were worn down by waiting for our waitress. The sablefish was outstanding. The blackberry mojito lacked flavor. When we booked our dinner at Oyster Loft we noted that it was our anniversary. Apparently, restaurants don't receive these types of notices. We thought there might be some sort of acknowledgement, but there wasn't.

The Food , Service and ambiance were excellent. I waitress was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, what food they liked and the wine they served.

Staff were excellent and the food was out of this world, both in presentation and taste. A bit noisey due other tables which made it difficult to have a normal conversation.

An absolutely fabulous meal, delicious food and amazing service. It's a beautiful space with a gorgeous view. First time there and we will definitely be back.
