More than a restaurant, Oyster Loft is an experience, where the excellent service is rivaled only by the flavor and beauty of our dishes, upscale cuisine and regional seafood dishes artfully prepared. Dine with sparkling views of Pismo Beach, and enjoy appetizers, seasonal main courses and indulgent sweets.

Oyster Loft boasts a menu rich with fresh fish. Our raw bar features a variety of oysters shucked on the half shell from both the east and west coasts. The menu also includes seafood dishes, shellfish preparations and a selection of meat to round out the offerings. The range of the menu offers you the opportunity to choose your dining experience.

Went for the oysters and was disappointed. The rest of the meal was really good. Had a delicious Tuna tartare tower. The ceasar salad was different and inventive. The Bone marrow with tartare was amazing. Our server was terrific.

Everything was fabulous, as usual, except that the food service was extremely slow. The server even apologized because things were taking so long. We’d still go back. This is one of our favorite places and definitely one of the best seafood spots on the central coast.

The atmosphere and staff are so awesome. We both got beet salad and the sea bass with mussels. Just delicious. Sarah the manager and Michael for our waiter....just great great people.

Excellent from start to finish. Terrific professional service. Delicious, high quality food, and wine. One of the better meals I’ve had recently. Creative without being crazy.

I have dined here a few times, but I think the best part of tonight was the service. From the hostesses to the bus person, server, and manager, all were friendly, accommodating, patient, professional, and very nice. The ahi appetizer was terrific. They have a decent wine list, and although I did not have dessert this time, I have in the past, and they are very good.

We are not locals, but we visit Pismo Beach on a fairly regular basis, partly to partake of the Oyster Loft. We reviewed 2 months ago, and we have returned twice. Nothing has changed. The food, the cocktails, the service, and the view are all worthy of 5 stars. The last time, it was pretty loud on the deck. That was because there were 3 large parties. That is not the restaurant's fault, but we enjoyed our meal much more after 2 of the parties left.

We had a wonderful evening. We were greeted and sat at our table by a very kind lady. our waiter was wonderful and his assistant was great. Our waiter was Branden and he was so friendly, happy and helped us with our choices of food. Even our delicious desert! Thank you Branden for a memorable evening. :)

Oyster Loft never disappoints! Drinks are always creative and delicious. Oysters and other seafood are always fresh and well prepared. Crab cakes were the best I’ve ever had! And never had an unpleasant server. Keep up the great work!
