   Una cena terribile per la qualità del cibo servono soltanto pane non è specificato bene il menu si presenta di tante portate, ma in realtà sono tre mini sandwich terribile di qualità. Non è proprio un servizio dal Plaza che ricordavo. Ho alloggiato tantissime volte negli anni, ma negli ultimi cinque è davvero peggiorato.

   Servizio pessimo. Ostriche mezze andare ed infima qualità. Il posto sembra un posto di mare dove la qualunque entra. Sicuramente ha perso il fascino del passato.

   Molto bello il locale, molto buona la colazione e molto alti i prezzi, ma siamo al Plaza!

   Tutto buono, accoglienza pessima! Abbiamo avuto il tavolo dopo 20 minuti dal’orario della prenotazione. Il personale che ci ha accolto non è professionale, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti non ci è stata data alcuna spiegazione, non ci siamo potuti accomodare neanche al bar.

   The vegan afternoon tea was simply divine and such a lovely treat for vegans! We celebrated a milestone birthday and the birthday girl loved it! Would have loved more savory options though. But can’t complain when having a vegan high tea is already such a privilege!

   Great experience. My 7 year old granddaughter’s first trip to NYC. Our waiter, Fariz was fabulous! The food and ambience was fantastic. Thanks The Plaza for an amazing experience.

   I took my daughter for her first high tea experience to the Plaza, which is stunning. The table and settings in the Palm Court are so pretty.The mirrored tables are poorly scratched. The flavors of tea were fantastic. But, packaged sugar in a silver server? Boo. The tea experience would have been worth it, if the food was better. Servings included 2 small scones, 4 small tea sandwiches and 5 mini desserts, each. The scones were mediocre. There was a savory Foie Gras Mousse with Truffle Aioli that was way too overpowering. Great concept, poor taste. Of the desserts, the mango passion fruit compote was so sour, there was some puckering from the tartness. Earl Grey cheesecake, blah. The other desserts, were ok. But just ok. Sometimes, simple is just better. This tea is minimum of $125 pp. The total with tax/gratuity was over $300. It is absolutely not worth it. Do better Plaza. The quality and taste of your high tea food should match this iconic destinations reputation.

   I would like to thank everyone from the chef, food management and the wait staff for the excellent service. To the chef who creating an outstanding menu for my wife’s dietary needs. It truly made her a rememberable Birthday. Cheers to all
