The Pink Adobe restaurant stands proudly in the heart of Santa Fe's historic Barrio De Analco neighborhood, which is considered the oldest neighborhood in the US. Founded in 1944 by Rosalea Murphy, an artist and social connector, the restaurant takes its name from the rose-colored adobe plastering on the nearly 400-year-old hacienda that serves as its home. This iconic Santa Fe destination at the heart of the Old Santa Fe Trail has been known for its fun, vibrant atmosphere and outstanding cuisine. Some of the famous well-known dishes are still existing such as the Steak Dunnigan, French Onion Soup and Rosalea's French Apple Pie among with new and innovative creations from our Executive Chef Andrew Fox.

I brought a client to the pink Adobe to see if it was a good option for a rehearsal dinner. Evan, the new manager, was so gracious and accommodating!! We were treated like kings and queens...He provided us with so many options and really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. My bride was thrilled and needless to say we will definitely book this space. Oh, and the food was amazing..

Our server, Ruby, was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Without her guidance and suggestions our meal would have been good, but not as good as it was with her help. The place is beautiful, the staff friendly and accomodating, the food exciting and the wine choices very satisfying. Too stuffed for dessert, we ordered the sorbet to split. We spend a lot of time in italy, so we are snobs about italian food. The sorbet was as good as any we’ve had in Italy. If we are ever hungry again, (haha) we will definately go back.

Everything was wonderful. The setting, service and food were terrific. Also had a visit from the chef. Highly recommend.

We were sat right away… service was professional; menu had good variety - we had corn chowder and French onion soup (both delicious) and then our entrees were shrimp and grits (so-so) and chicken (small but good) - skipped dessert.

Thank you to the thoughtful staff who made our 60th Friend-aversary an amazing experience. The trout and risotto were prepared to perfection and the room was warm and inviting. It was a magnificent experience. Thank you to Ruby who took care of us as we celebrated our friendship.

The jumbo lump crab cake is overpriced. It's one small cake and not enough to split. I don't recall getting any slaw. We had short ribs, a nightly special. The ribs were unevenly cooked, tough and burnt in places, and the accompanying mash potatoes arrived cool — as though the plate had been prepped and left to sit. The restaurant appears to be amid a change in management, so we'll attribute our disappointment to that, but it'll be a while before we return.
