We had not planned to eat here but wanted something after the show at The Palace. It was late. The Restaurant was booked solid and vastly understaffed. Props to the bartender, Nick, who looked to be doing everything, Waiting many tables and minding the bar. Limited menu. Food was just ok. Breakfast the next morning was very good though.

On time for reservation, took 30 minutes to take our order, more than 1 hour after ordering, we just left.

We chose this because it's very convenient to the Ohio Theater where we were attending a performance that evening. The menu is somewhat limited but the food was very good.

New to the area first time here before a show at the Ohio Theater. Convenient to theater seemed they had 2 waiters on a Saturday night, food was good salad & cheeseburger. Waiter was very apologetic and nice. Will give it another try.

It was a nice experience. My wife had blackened salmon. She said it was very good. I had the chicken breast. It was not the best that I have had. It left an unpleasant aftertaste that stayed with me the rest of the evening. Everything else was good and I would very much recommend this dining experience.

Upon arrival, we were very surprised to see receptionist wearing winter coat and learned there was no heat in the building!! Because we had tickets to The Palace Theatre and taking two excited little girls to see the Grinch… We decided we had no choice but to stay. I asked if they had a portable heater they could place near us and was told that yes they did but all heaters were in the big ballroom as they had a big event the next day. There was one other couple dining in the restaurant. There was no server and were served by the bartender. He was pretty cavalier about taking our orders. The food did came out in a timely manner and it was your basic hamburgers, chicken tenders …nothing special. The five year-old girl’s pasta noodles were half cooked. We didn’t have time to send anything back. The bartender never refilled drinks. When I receive the bill, I was very disappointed to see that the two kids meals were charged $4.50 each for their small drinks. I would’ve thought that with the inconvenience of eating in a freezing dining room while wearing our coats that the bartender/manager would have at least comped us for the children’s drinks or one of the glasses of wine or even offered to bring a free dessert to our table, but we were basically ignored and charged dearly for very average food and terrible ambiance..

The hostess and waiter were very nice and accommodating. Our meal was delicious! I only rated it a 4 because the decor is a little outdated and there were no flowers or table centerpieces anywhere. 5 star restaurants usually have that. But this is in the hotel and convenience and good food is a priority. Therefore,the excellent staff and food makes it a good choice even for non-hotel guests, especially when attending events at the Ohio Theater.

Not a good experience this time have had many good ones. This time when the chicken sandwich came out turned out paper was still attached to the cheese on it discovered after eating half of it also had gotten dessert chocolate lava cake. It came out and was frozen in the middle. Since Thursday night have been very sick the last two days.

Menu is very limited compared to the past. Tomato bisque was good though lukewarm. House vinegrette salad dressing is very sweet. Summer pasta Primavera had no flavor and veggies weren't fuly cooked, certainly not roasted. Inexperienced server brought our check while we were eating our salads, they hadn't brought our main dishes yet. More experienced server inquired after our meal and when we shared that it was quite tasteless had it taken off our check. Good service from those who knew their jobs. Food isn't worth coming back
