We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.

Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

My only criticism for the plimoth is that the dessert came out frozen, with crystals in it, making it taste freezer burnt. That criticism aside, our overall experience was amazing! It’s a smaller restaurant so the noise levels were relatively low and the food was AMAZING!! I will be going back and would recommend anyone to try the restaurant! Let’s just hope the dessert was a now off occurrence.

Atmosphere and service was exceptional. Food was delicious and although a little pricey it was very fresh and tasty. Would definitely come back. It is a great place to meet up with friends and even a date night.
