The sophistication and glamour of the Rat Pack era comes alive at Michael Holmes’ Purple Room, the desert’s premier supper club. The Purple Room is where Frank, Sammy, Dean and their pals cavorted on and off the stage in the swinging 60s.

Step in and you’ll be transported back to the elegance of the era: an intimate and inviting room, classic cocktails, world-class cuisine and the best in live entertainment seven nights a week. Hobnob with celebrities, locals, and visitors alike at Michael Holmes’ Purple Room — where Palm Springs plays!

Tuesday-Thursday enjoy acclaimed jazz entertainers from 6:30 to 9:30, No cover.

Tuesday through Thursday is the best Jazz Happy Hour in Valley from 4:00 to 6:00

Friday through Sunday join us for dinner and a show (tickets required) featuring nationally-known entertainers.

                                                What a great Christmas dinner! We always enjoy our time at The Purple Room. Today was another outstanding experience. A quality prefix menus, great service and the sounds of a jazz ensemble to Celt are the holidays. We’ll be back next year! Cheers!

                                                It was a special Christmas Day meal and the vegan dish was an entree of a mound of mashed potatoes surrounded by a soup of frozen peas and carrots. Pretty disappointing. Salads were great and nice desserts but I thought the vegetarian option was very weak. No protein at all. The jazz was great as was the service but their normal non holiday meal offers so much better vegetarian options than this holiday meal.

                                                Our Christmas dinner was our first visit to the Purple Room, and it was such an enjoyable experience from the jazz standards played by the quartet to the food and to the welcome we received. Kudos to the owner, who was the perfect host. The food offerings from the prix fixe menu catered for everyone's needs. I tasted my wife's vegan meal, and it was delicious as was my meal. So glad we reserved a seating, which made for a perfect end for Christmas and visit to Palm Springs.

                                                We enjoyed a Christmas Day live jazz dinner. Very nice. Good choices for the vegan member of our party. The food is pretty good although dishes that should be served warm arrived pretty tepid. Friendly and attentive service. Great live entertainment. Expensive.

                                                Very nostalgic place with the history of the Rat Pack hang out! Dinner was slightly above average in price and presentation! Our server was AWESOME and made up for the noisy ambiance. Could barely hear the Jazz Trio holiday music due to the noise. Small venue. Be aware…during Holidays automatically 20% gratuity added to bill. It is listed in Tiny teeny font at bottom of menu. Would most likely only return if we wished to see a certain performance. Worth going to once to check the box.

                                                We had a great Christmas Eve at the Purple Room. The jazz combo was excellent and our food and drinks were very good. The audience could have been less loud but that would be my only complaint.
