Service was very slow and not very attentive. Took almost 40 minutes to get our appetizer. Food was just ok….the muscles and the tuna appetizer were good, but the pasta and the steak tidbits meal were mediocre. Not someplace I would return to.

This is our second time celebrating with our entire family at The Ritz and both times were perfect. The staff is super friendly and the food was really good. The menu is super reasonable which definitely helps since we are a part of 6!!

They are not following NYS laws in regards to charging a fee if you use a credit card. To begin with they have no signs posted saying there would be a fee if you used a CC. Not even on the bill. NYS law requires a resturant to post a Credit card price and a cash discount price next to each item on the menu. Just posting a sign stating an additional fee is charged for using a credit is against the law. Fee charged will be disputed with the a Credit card company.

Our first time here, we enjoyed it very much. Very clean, and decorated for the holidays. All staff were very friendly and attentive but not overwhelming. The food was very good (pot pie, chicken franchise and linguine with clam sauce) They have the option of high and low tables, which is always a plus for us because we tend to like the high tops, depending on why we are out. We will definitely be back again.
