                                          Everything we ordered (half of the menu) was exceptional. Sat with a view of the kitchen which was fun! It’s lovely and the ambience is simple, but refined and welcoming at the same time. Great value as I’ve ate at many restaurants that are twice as expensive but don’t quite hit the mark that the salty sow did flavor and execution wise. Would highly recommend!

                                          We were fortunate to be seated in the main dining area, as the BBQ area seemed smoky. Kyle was our server, and he was amazing! We had the octopus and ahi dinners and they were very delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant, and making a reservation is a must, as it gets a busy!

                                          It was my birthday and our first time at Salty Sow. My husband, my son and I were seated in the main dining room. It was very busy but, surprisingly, the noise level was moderate. I noticed there was no blaring music which made the atmosphere a very relaxing. The decor and lighting is modern and mellow. Our server arrived immediately with water and menus. We ordered drinks (I had a mocktail which was great) and the bone marrow and Brussels sprouts appetizers. All were excellent. Our main meals were also very good. Our server was very attentive, pleasant and very professional, clearing the table of empty dishes immediately and asking if we needed anything else. The restaurant is a bit pricey but not unreasonably so. All in all, it was a delightful experience.

                                          This was a return trip and it was an amazing experience. Will - our server - was extremely friendly and courteous and the food was simply mind blowing. The brussel leaves were delectable as always. The chicken was tender and juicy and the pork stack was very nice (a little bit on the tougher side on some of the cuts). The star of the show was the bone marrow - just heavenly. We will be back...
