Join us at our signature restaurant, The Statehouse, or simply stop in to catch the sunset over Lake Mendota while enjoying a cocktail at the bar. Located at the corner of Langdon and Wisconsin, you’ll be comfortable in our inviting dining room and regaled by gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding area.                                                                     Was very disappointed with Cesar salad. Sadly a bag salad is better. Also Ragu was poor. I seriously did not have more than a tbsp of Ragu. I didn’t even eat it. Sorry.

                                                                    Great atmosphere for brunch. The food was quite good (except for cold coffee.) The service was very good until the end. They just didn’t want to clear our plates. They brought the bill, we paid, they even validated our parking as we sat at the table with dirty plates. And as we left, the dirty plates remained on the table. Odd.

                                                                    Another fine dining experience at the steakhouse. The cheeseboard is a wonderful appetizer as well as the brussels sprouts with cauliflower. We enjoyed the salmon and the baramundi this evening. Both fish were cooked perfectly. The autumn cheesecake is a wonderful seasonal dessert.

                                                                    It is a beautiful place to enjoy their Sunday brunch. Exceptional food, views, and wonderful service made for an A1 EXPERIENCE. I would highly recommend this experience.

                                                                    everything about our brunch at the Statehouse was excellent from the ease of making a reservation to the service and food. We wanted a table by the windows to watch the amazing activities out on the ice for the Frozen Assets event and were not disappointed. Our guest was amazed and we were very pleased. We plan to make this an annual event and also return on other occasions.
