Welcome to the historic Sycamore Inn Prime Steakhouse, a landmark of hospitality on the legendary Route 66 since 1848. Our menu features Prime Steaks, Prime Rib, Chops, Seafood, Superb Salads, Signature Side Dishes, Luigi’s Famous Minestrone Soup and heavenly desserts complete the menu. Had a reservation and arrived a couple mins early. . The hostesses acted frazzled the entire time we were waiting which was about 25 mins past reservation time. We were told our table was being set but our server had issues. That took forever.... We were finally sat and 10+ mins later no one had come to the table. Asked hostess for the manager. Manager tells us again server has issues? Buys us a drink. Offers a different server. Few mins later the server with issues comes over and finally starts our dinner process. Service was still slow, drinks refills were lacking.... Food we good but this had to have been the worst service experience we have ever had here. It is one of our favorite spits and we even looked at having our wedding there precovid.... Dinner here is a once in a while treat and I'm disappointed this was how things went.

Sycamore Inn is such a special place. We only go there on special occasions and are so pleased with the experience each time. The service is incredible. Such attention to detail! Our waiter was efficient and friendly. The food was beautiful and yummy. The wine list is always fun to choose from and we enjoyed our desserts, too!

We had terrible service. My husband had to ask for a beer 3 times. We had to ask someone to open our bottle of wine several times. Our waiter took forever to take our dinner order. I ordered my steak medium and it came well done.

Sycamore Inn was a great experience all around. Above and beyond what I was anticipating. The staff was amazing and the food was even better.

The service, food, and ambiance were great. The staff was very attentive without being disruptive to conversations. The menu covers several tastes, and the portion sizes are very good. We will be returning to Sycamore Inn.

Fabulous evening. My sister & brother in law joined us which was their first experience at the restaurant. We had a fantastic night from appetizers to dessert. Happy New Year, Cheers!

Awesome as always. One exception. We didn’t realize it was a holiday menu. Some of our favorites weren’t available. Still, service, atmosphere,food was excellent as been in the past👍🏼👍🏼
