Extremely slow service like beyond slow for an empty restaurant, but absolutely delicious food like five star food but really extremely expensive! Beautiful ambience really fresh food that was again absolutely delicious just expensive and there’s not really kid options. I wasn’t dining with a kid so it did not matter to me, but I like to include that in my review.

The total experience was outstanding! From the young lady who sat us down to Max our server were knowledgeable of the menu and preparation of said. The only downside was that the crispy brussels sprouts were not on the menu any longer😢 other than that everything was awesome!!

The Terrace outdoor dining area was nice and quiet with heat lamps and a view of the pool and the wooden bridge. Friendly staff offered great service. Hotel facilities and ground were lovely. Lunch menu had very few options, and the cooking was very average. The high price covers the dining experience but not your taste buds.

Price fix menu was delicious but a bit pricey for what it was. However it was Christmas so I am not surprised.

My husband and I had Christmas Day breakfast there as it was included as a special for staying the night at the Langham. Customer service was outstanding as everyone was attentive and courteous. The food was good and hit the spot for breakfast. I did wish there was more combination plates so that the items I wanted didn't need to be added. There was an all you can eat brunch option but I was afraid I couldn't eat that much and it wasn't worth the $59 for me. Very much a family atmosphere in the restaurant which was fine. The view of the hotel and pool was nice and the restaurant was beautiful as everything at the Langham was just amazing. We would definitely come back to have a nice meal.

Everything was perfect! We were there at 7 am and got the best table in the restaurant. I wish the waiter told us about the buffet though. Nevertheless, I had a great time!

We’ve dined at Terrace many times, but the Xmas Eve dinner experience was somewhat troubling. The food was quite good overall, except my wife said her dessert was too sweet, and she would have liked more sauce on her filet mignon. But the service, while friendly and welcoming, fell short on critical basic details. When the server brought my entree he forgot to bring me a new knife and fork which I had to ask for. After a long wait he returned with two steak knives (we both ordered the filet mignon) which should have been brought out with the filets to begin with but he forgot the fork. We had to flag him down to ask for the fork…another wait. Later, when the server brought our desserts he did not ask if we wanted tea or coffee. I had to ask for decaf and my wife ordered tea. I ate my dessert slowly so I could have my coffee with dessert, but the coffee still came after I finished dessert, and the server didn’t even bring cream or sugar. I had to drink it black, not wanting another long wait. Note that the restaurant’s website directs you to Open Table to view the menu which states a 20% “gratuity” will be added to the bill. Fine. But when the bill arrived it showed a 20% “service charge” plus the sample calculations for the tip on top of the service charge. I wasn’t going to argue this, given it’s Xmas Eve and all. The validated parking has gone up to $25; last time it was $15

We had a great experience here!! The food and service were exceptional. Shoutout to Kate our host and our wonderful waiter, Max who was friendly and also entertaining!! The truffle mashed potatoes were life changing!! I loved the Hamachi Crudo, burrata and filet minion. The desserts were delightful!!! So glad we came here again!!!

This place can be so much better. Just be prepared for your food (as simple as chicken fingers from the kids menu) to take almost an hour. The prices don’t match the quality you are getting, at all. They are understaffed, employees are over worked. Hoping to see better days here, but this time around, our experience was underwhelming and won’t recommend to come here.
