    The Twisted Olive was a great dining experience with superior customer service by our waiter Jeff. Our entrees were delicious and the wine is fantastic. Highly recommend The Twisted Olive for dinner or special occasion.

    The waiter was inexperienced and poorly trained. I hate to be hard on him as he was mannerly and pleasant. Rather I chalk this up to a management failure to properly educate him on spirits and beverages, the menu and preparations and appropriate suggestive selling. After a preliminary cocktail, he never asked if we would like a wine with dinner. Or a dessert. We would have ordered a bottle but never had the opportunity it to do so. He didn’t know what top shelf vodka the bar stocked. And instead of finding out, he had to be sent to the bar many times to learn what vodkas were stocked. Lack of common sense easily corrected with better training.

    The food and the service was excellent. It was a great place to take our daughter while she was visiting for Christmas. We enjoyed everything about our experience.

    Overall it was a good experience. A little frustrating that we waited for 15 minutes even with a reservation.

    We were celebrating a retirement. We had a great table right next to the fireplace and enjoyed everything about our experience. I had a steak salad and my husband had the pork chop. Both were very good. Our waitress was great and very attentive.
