The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar is the newest addition to The District in Tustin. The interior promises a hip, lively & sophisticated atmosphere, with dark woods, leather and velvet bar stools. The state-of-the-art 7,500 bottle cellar IS one of the largest in Orange County. The Winery Restaurant & Bar is open daily for lunch & dinner & features a wine tasting bar with a full bar menu and cigar patio.

    We choose the location to meet up with our daughter, who is in college. We went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated right away. We valet parked which was so helpful. The service and food was excellent. They even gave my husband a birthday dessert. Will definitely go back, if we are in the area.

    Food came late. Sat at 6:10, only ordered bread for appetizer, and main dishes didn't come until 8:20. All 4 plates had cold food, and the only thing that was warm were the sides of risotto. They did comp 3 of 4 plates because our friend just ate his chicken plate cold because we all were hungry.

    We arrived at 7 PM for our reservation. We were greeted by 2 staff members and went immediately to our table. The wait staff were very attentive and answered our questions to our satisfaction. We ordered a cheese board and the suggested wine by our server. The cheese board had a good variety of items and was well presented and very tasty. Our rib eye and filet mignon were cooked to perfection and had a great flavor. We also ordered a different wine per our servers suggestion. Overall it was an excellent first impression and service.

    We use to come to this restaurant once a month about 6 years ago. We moved to Newport so we don’t come to Tustin very often. I didn’t recognize the food…. Obviously, they changed chefs…. Food was awful!

    We came in to celebrate my daughter's birthday and was disappointed with the service . My daughter ordered for a medium rare steak and the steak came out medium. The waitress confirmed that it was medium and brought it back to the kitchen. The steak came back rare like it cow was still alive. The waitress brought it back again and it finally came out med rare. The rest of us were done eating when her steak came out. Then when the waitress brought out the dessert menu, I asked if they had anything gluten free because my daughter is allergic to gluten. She took the menu and never came back. The rest of the party didn't get a chance to choose a dessert. When they brought her a complimentary birthday dessert, she brought 1 spoon. We had to waive her down for some extra spoons so that we can share the dessert. The waitress never checked in on us after she took our order, wasn't attentive. Besides the food being just ok, the service was just disappointing. Will never come back.

    We have eaten at the Winery on and off for the past 10 years. The establishment appeared short staff. We ordered a la carte and every item was brought in stages. I will say they comped the fries. We had to wait for water and wine. Was not a pleasurable experience

    Such a great find! The wine list is incredible! There is something for everyone on the menu and the staff were attentive and personable. Can't wait to return on my next trip. Love that they are opening a wine bar in Stanford Mall in July!

    The restaurant is lovely and peaceful- a nice break for lunch. I met with colleagues once a month to conduct and commune, as psychologists something we rarely get to do. The food was delicious, if a bit pricey.

    The evening was perfect from start to finish. Great food, great service (thanks Sophia!), great experience. The hostess was friendly, the manager/owner was outstanding and we highly recommend!
