Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots. The Crab Cakes consistently win best in the state and the salads are raved about by the locals. But it does not end with the food, service is always top-notch. Led by a staff that has been with owners since its opening in 1999, guests always feel welcomed in the warm and friendly atmosphere. And in the Summer with it's patio dining. Tiburon is the place to dine in the South Valley.

                                    I've been here several times and the service has been EXCELLENT every single time. And the food is always very good. Great place for a date. I'll definitely keep coming back.

                                    Food and service were amazing. Love this little Jim. Had the scallops for appetizer. The Wagyu beef and lobster between us for the entrées. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants

                                    Excellent food and service. We sat out on the back patio (covered) so not a lot of ambience. My only complaint about the food was the amount of sauce on my ribeye, if I order again, I would ask for this on the side. This is just a personal preference, the sauces were excellent.

                                    This was a pre-Valentine’s dinner and it was great! We ordered the special appetizer (beets and burrata which was delicious. We both also ordered the surf and turf special that was great. The lobster tail had the shell removed and was atop a very tender filet with spaghetti squash bed…. Awesome! Our server was Eden. She was on point with everything. I asked that the wine please be delivered right before our entree which she did perfectly. We love this place!

                                    Tiburon service was top notch. The food was outstanding. We had the beef tenderloin and the salmon. We also had the beet salad for an appetizer. Every course was well prepared and tasted so good. My husband loved the beef tenderloin. It was extremely tender and flavorful. I look forward to going back!!
