Tiller's Kitchen and Bar celebrates the bounty of local farms, ranches, and craft producers while presenting a fresh regional approach to dining. We strive to be distinctly American in character, native to Colorado, and metropolitan in style. In Westminter, CO, we honor those that cultivated this land before us and we honor Colorado food, less traveled. Currently the Tiller's Bar serves breakfast, dinner and weekend brunch.

                                              The staff kept our credit card when bill was brought back and then there was an extra over hundred dollar charge on our card. There was no response from Tillers or Marriott when reported.

                                              The Mothers Day brunch buffet was honestly terrible. Except for the Turkey, the food was either dry, cold, or in the case of the Waffle station, non existent. They were 15 mins late to setting up, and even things like the Gravy were bad, watery and somehow chunky. Tables around us were making the same comments. For 70 dollars a person i have to advise eating anywhere else. No way they tasted the food before serving. Cold mashed potatoes, dry gnocchi, and terrible prime rib. It was so bad we actually had a laughingly good time. Until the bill came. I am sure they were having an off day- but it is the last time we will ever eat here. Terrible terrible food.
