Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Others can order cocktails and a table full of appetizers and skewers to share. “The menu is set up for sharing,” he confirms. Anything goes when ordering at Toku.

Our spacious restaurant is well-suited for all kinds of parties and corporate events. Our entire facility provides room for up to 150 who wish to enjoy a sit-down function and up to 250 for cocktails. Larger outdoor cocktail parties can be done with the additional cost of a tent.

The food is excellent and the place is wonderful, however i felt a bit of uncomfortable. When we sat down a waiter came up to me and told me to take my hat off cause the place does not allow hats inside the restaurant. I of course took it off, however inside the place i was not the only one who wore a hat! Fir some reason i got singled out and was asked to take my hat off. When i asked the waiter and actually pointed out to a lady wearing a hat he dismissed me and said i have to take my hat off and he doesn't care what that other lady is wearing. My hat had no pictures or offensive language of any kind, it was a regular knitted hat! It was not a pleasant experience

Made a reservation, was seated promptly on arrival. Server took awhile to come to the table at the start, but another server stepped in about 15 mins after being seated. After ordering service was good. Food, as always, is delicious - never had anything on the menu that I didn't like. Pork Fried Rice, Teriyaki Sliders and Braised short ribs were yummy.
