Tosca is the flagship restaurant of Eat Well Inc. Open for dinner only, Tosca is located on historic Hingham Harbor and offers creative regional Italian cuisine focusing on fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods, and an open kitchen from which executive chef Divino Costa takes center stage.

Tosca can also provide a setting for business dinners and meetings to weddings and showers to anniversaries and birthdays.                       I get the Sirloin of veal Parmesan which is alway great, but the cheese was burnt black?? I do not want to send it back, as that spoils the enter dinner for others!!! ie they have to sit and sit while you eat. Kind of spoils the night.

                      Definitely come here for New Year’s Eve. They have favors, champagne toast, live band and great food. Plus the bartenders make the best drinks.

                      I have been coming to Tosca for over two decades, which includes ownership changes. I unfortunately have celiac disease so I am limited because I don’t eat a ton of meat. I do wish there were more gluten-free options. Luckily there is gluten-free pasta and delicious gluten-free rolls. The ambience is beautiful. The wine list is always amazing. We had a new server last night. His name is Daniel, he was awesome. Amazing personality. Amazing everything. There is a server there who we’ve had at least two times who does have the same skills I was happy that we did not have him last night. The restaurant always does a good job accommodating seating preferences the host and hostess staff is always lovely. The Square Cafe is always our go to, but we do pop in here from time to time and it’s always a positive experience.
