Nestled in the heart of midtown Manhattan’s east side, a stone’s throw from New York City’s finest hotels and Grand Central Station, Toscana49 offers a serene and elegant retreat from the bustle of the city. We offer classic Italian dishes, and fresh homemade pastas that are made daily in our own kitchen, using time-honored traditional methods. Our welcoming staff is ready to assist you in choosing wines from our extensive wine list, introducing you to our specials, which change daily to include the freshest ingredients available from local markets, or mixing you the perfect cocktail.

We are open lunch and dinner seven days a week and serve a special brunch on weekends.

                                                                            We went there for lunch and it was really nice to enjoy the food and be able to have a conversation as people were quite respectful and kept their voice reasonably low. We shared the burrata, had lovely pasta then shared a slice of chocolate mousse cake that was so light and divine. A great lunch spot added to my list.

                                                                            Our party of three thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience for lunch. The staff is very personable and quite attentive. Lunch started with a nice serving of warm bread with a delicious homemade tomato topping served on the side. For the main meal, two of us had the Ravioli di Ricotta- wonderful! Our other companion really enjoyed the Taglioline Cacio & Pepe. We would definitely return!
