Nestled in the heart of midtown Manhattan’s east side, a stone’s throw from New York City’s finest hotels and Grand Central Station, Toscana49 offers a serene and elegant retreat from the bustle of the city. We offer classic Italian dishes, and fresh homemade pastas that are made daily in our own kitchen, using time-honored traditional methods. Our welcoming staff is ready to assist you in choosing wines from our extensive wine list, introducing you to our specials, which change daily to include the freshest ingredients available from local markets, or mixing you the perfect cocktail.

We are open lunch and dinner seven days a week and serve a special brunch on weekends.

                                                                            “An absolute gem for Italian cuisine! The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding, with authentic flavors and perfectly prepared dishes that transported us straight to Italy. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Italian food and a warm, welcoming experience!”

The server was rude and when my sister complained about the steak being cold, he told us that we could get out if we didn’t like their steak . The waiters would give you dirty looks everytime we wanted to ask for something.

                                                                            Very enjoyable. The description suggested that the atmosphere was "serene". It was anything but serene. Very loud. Already full at 6:30 PM and it remained that way until I left at closer to 8:30 PM. Very efficient wait staff.

                                                                            Had an amazing lunch at Toscana 49.The menu offers a great selection of Italian classics at very reasonable prices. My pasta was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were authentic. The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is super friendly. Perfect spot for a quality meal without breaking the bank! Highly recommend
