Nestled in the heart of midtown Manhattan’s east side, a stone’s throw from New York City’s finest hotels and Grand Central Station, Toscana49 offers a serene and elegant retreat from the bustle of the city. We offer classic Italian dishes, and fresh homemade pastas that are made daily in our own kitchen, using time-honored traditional methods. Our welcoming staff is ready to assist you in choosing wines from our extensive wine list, introducing you to our specials, which change daily to include the freshest ingredients available from local markets, or mixing you the perfect cocktail.

We are open lunch and dinner seven days a week and serve a special brunch on weekends.

                                                                            Everything was truly amazing! We all loved the food including appetizers, main course and dessert. We were offered to sit at a table upstairs which was great as we were able to enjoy each other’s company and hear what anyone in the part of 7 had to say. Everyone truly enjoyed and we all look forward to returning! Highly recommend.

                                                                            This was a pleasant surprise !!! We were a group that is hard to impress with Italian food since our family makes traditional Italian food. The food was great and so was the service !! Everyone loved their dish ! My own dish (the squid ) was my favorite and so was the lemon sorbet!!

                                                                            Not shown a drinks menu overall. Wine and water were very expensive. The food was delicious and my son would recommend the lasagne. The service was great.

                                                                            Lovely place. Third Christmas dinner we’ve had here. Limited menu but very good quality. We’ve had several of the salads, lamb ragu, risotto. Prices are quite reasonable. Service is terrific.
