                                                                                Our server was absolutely awful. He disappeared for 10-15 minutes at a time, never brought bread, misremembered our order. Other tables complained about him while we were there. Honestly one of the worst dinning experiences I’ve had in a long time. Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable to take my cousin for her birthday.

                                                                                Even though all the communication from open table showed reservation was for 4, restaurant said it was for 2. They were able to accommodate us. Restaurant was chilly when we were first seated. Also didn't like the fact that you need to provide credt card at the time of reservation in Opentable and woud be charged if we cancelled within 24 hours of reservation time. Sickness and other unplanned events can happen.

                                                                                Not ready or staffed adequately for Sunday brunch. Waited for an hour for food. Single waitress who waited on us was obviously overwhelmed. Food just OK, an order was wrong but by that time we simply accepted it. Probably will not go back as there are simply too many places to go in the area first.

                                                                                Party of 8 for a 50th birthday dinner. The tables are seated so close to the door that it was constantly a gush of freezing wind. The service was fantastic and the place itself is very nice inside. Parking sucks, and our party of 8 all had cold food. The best dish was the pizzas we ordered for appetizers. Will not be back.

                                                                                A wonderful experience from the minute I walked through the door. I was greeted warmly by, I believe, the owner. Since I was the first there I was taken to my table by him and presented with the menu’s. Our waitress was wonderful and knowledgeable. The food was very good but a little pricey but isn’t every restaurant pricey these days. Definitely a return to this wonderful establishment is in order!

                                                                                We have been here before and like this restaurant. Unfortunately, one of our guests is gluten free. We informed the restaurant on the open table app, when we were seated and when we ordered. When the food was delivered, we confirmed with the server if the meal was gluten free. She said yes. The food tasted like their regular pasta and the guest was really ill 2 hours later. We like this restaurant, and will go again. If you eat here and are GF, recommend explicitly writing down for them you are GF and that the GF pasta has to be boiled in water that has not been used on other pasta. Or, just get the salad.

                                                                                I wish they would stop changing the menu for holidays or special nights. The options are not nearly as good. I usually have a great meal here but last night it was just ok. Risotto was bland and undercooked. I recommend you keep things the same regardless of the day.

                                                                                Terrible experience. I wanted to much to love this night out because I used to love Trattoria Aroma! It was awful. Once seated, no one came to us for over 15 minutes. I tracked someone down to serve us. Glasses were dirty. We ordered everything all at once because service seemed slow. Brought out the wrong dishes to our table, telling us this is what we ordered. (I order salmon and she brought pasta). Then made it seem like it was our fault that the order was wrong. Proceeded to tell me that she would send the manager over (I did not ask to speak to the manager, she offered this) and he/she never came over anyway. Food came out, salmon undercooked and risotto was awful (it was the main reason I ordered the salmon) - was basically crunchy dry white rice. Never came back to check on the meal. I found someone to give us our bill. We will not be going back.

                                                                                Limited menu for New Years Eve was unexpected as it was not posted on their site and / or when making reservations. I caught an error in the bill of over $30 - it's a good thing I checked, and the waitress addressed it immediately. Our waitress was the best thing for our visit. No fault to her as the bill is generated via their computer. She was a very pleasant server. I added food allergies and vegan on my reservation, and they had no knowledge of either. The food was not worth the price.
