                                                                                                                                I made a reservation here because of all the great reviews on OpenTable, but I fail to understand how people reviewed this place so highly. Maybe they were all drunk? In any case, the food was overall what you'd expect at a bar which is subpar. Avoid any food you think might not be good at a bar like the steak. Nachos were ok, but the rest was a 2 out of 5. Service was below average, but again, for a bar this may be "normal." I just expected with 4.5 stars it would have been better.

                                                                                                                                Tribeca's relationship with locally farmed beef is notable;e in the food they serve. The meat is delectable,without gristle or fat. The portions are not too large, as you might find in larger restaurants, and the service was great.

We had the honey lemon salmon and the Wolfpack burger. Both very solid. The waiters that helped us were fantastic and helped answer all of our questions about the menu even if they didn’t know the answers. They went and found the answers for us. Very great experience with very great food

                                                                                                                                Tribeca Tavern is our go-to place for really good burgers. My partner tried the bison meatloaf and it was phenomenal. I tried the burger of the month, the Seoul burger, and it was good. Not my favorite, but I was happy to try something new. Service was excellent. My only complaint about Tribeca is the myriad of TVs in the dining room. I find it really distracting and takes away from dinner conversation. Luckily this time, we were seated so that there was only one tv that I could see. My partner had multiples within his line of sight, but the way the table was situated, it wasn't too distracting. Frankly, if I wanted to eat in front of the TV, I'd stay home. But Tribeca's excellent food pulls us back.

                                                                                                                                I used to dine at Tribeca Tavern on a regular basis many years ago. I don’t recall the reason why it dropped off our rotational restaurant stops but, am absolutely thrilled with the decision that brought us back! The food was amazing! We will definitely return on a regular basis!

A pleasant experience, attentive and friendly staff. The food was good and menu was not overwhelming. Great place to catch a game on TV, have a casual dinner or enjoy some drinks.
