This is my got o place for healthy eating! It is one of the few places I can find that sources healthy food and yet it tastes great. I would urge anyone interested in their health and wanting to dine out to definitely go here! Service was excellent - very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs! Overall, just a wonderful place!

We received excellent help from waitstaff with the menu items and ingredients to help with food restrictions! This is usually a very challenging experience in restaurants but it was easy at TF as the staff is aware of ingredients in each dish and all dishes are prepared on site. Loved it!

I always love True Food, but our latest experience was exceptional. Our waiter, Jesse, was not only pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable - he also made sure to take excellent care of me and my many food sensitivities. Not for a second did I feel I was being a pain. He listened carefully, came back and asked questions, and even caught a mistake the kitchen had made!

The food is consistently good here. I've been here 4 times in the last couple of months. I had the grilled sustainable salmon dish with a wild rice pilaf and snap peas . It was resting on a citrusy vinaigrette of some sort. All I can say is the food and service are great every single time.

True food never disappoints, and this experience was no exception. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked, and came out so fast! Our server Jesse was delightful, personable and made our experience even better:) True food is always at the top of our list when dining in Denver for any occasion.

Food always taste great. This was our 3rd time dining here the first time was great. Unfortunately, the last two times the service has been horrible. Food is great but due to the poor service we will not be returning to dine in.
