True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. Our menu features food and drinks crafted with nutrient-dense ingredients and carefully sourced proteins from the world’s most responsible and sustainable growers, farmers and producers. Deliciously healthy food and a contemporary atmosphere in a trendy neighborhood. Service was relaxed and professional, dinner was spectacular. I’ve been wanting to try True Food because I follow an influencer @flavcity who eats at the Boca location weekly. It looks so good. I can confirm it’s a delight!

Great place, great location, great food & superb service! The only negative is that it’s a spec building so the acoustics are HORRIBLE! The super high open ceiling without any sound insulation makes it super loud. The one in Annapolis (Parole Town Center) doesn’t suffer from this poor acoustics problem. Delightful dinner experience - just needs sound work 😃

The food is delicious. We had a party of 8 with mixed food preferences (vegan, gluten-free, child friendly) and all of us had delicious options!

Ali was our server and he was amazing. On a rainy raw day his suggestion for the hot specialty tea was brilliant (and friend thought it was too and happily had one). The basil, honey and ginger was perfect!

True Foods is an incredible dining experience, and the Merrifield store is terrific. When you weigh the quality and nutritional value of the foods it far outweighs the expense. Their new branding is top notch, too.

Our server, Alix, was wonderful, as was the food. The only critique is that with an open kitchen, occasional loud noises would filter through. But don’t have that dissuade you from a great brunch experience.

We sat in the outdoor enclosed patio, in the sun & under the heater. It was very pleasant. We were in a bit of a hurry, so we had to get our order in quickly. Our server was very accommodating. The food came out exactly as we had ordered. It, was very good and we had a very nice meal.
