The music was terrible and way too loud. Food was amazing but unfortunately ruined by the loud, pop /disco music. Dinner should be a much quieter ambiance and this was the opposite. We mentioned to the shift manager and he suggested we email corporate.

True food has been hit or miss for the last year. Sometimes the food is fantastic but about half the time something is either way over cooked or under cooked. The last time I was there the steak came well done when it was ordered medium rare, the week before the roasted Brussel sprouts came almost raw. They brought us new ones that were still rather under cooked. It seems to depend largely on how busy they are. When they are busy they overcook things. Come too early, undercooked brussel sprouts. Tends to be better at lunch than dinner, but honestly we’ve eaten there a lot and the quality is variable. We keep going because we live nearby and they have vegetarian options.

The hummus and chopped salad I had today were absolutely delicious. This is a great place to meet my vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friends--so many choices!

Our server was very kind and attentive. The speaker seemed to be right above us and it was really loud so I felt like I had to speak super loudly to hear across the table. The usuals were great, kids pizza and buttered noodles. The chop salad. However my chicken Parma spaghetti squash came out luke warm. It should be piping hot.

Usually the food is great there, but the same cannot be said for our visit last night. The “crisp Brussel sprout” were soupy, the focaccia appetizer tasted like they decided to avoid salt and it was really bland and unpleasant, but butter for the bread also lacked the typical flavor. In addition, the service was very poor. I ordered a Korean chicken sandwich and received a citrus salmon salad, but since the food took 45 minutes to arrive I thought it would be best to just eat it. I also asked for salt and pepper, since it appeared the kitchen decided to avoid seasoning, and it took the waiter 8 minutes to bring it to the table, when I had roughly 6 bites of my salad left. Even the kids sundae was bad. For some reason they think it’s a good idea to put a gluten free cookie IN the sundae. My son took one bite and it ended there. I’m guessing the season adverse chef also does not have a child, because it would have been a no-brainer to avoid that choice in a child’s dessert.

Chicken with Spaghetti Squash was very good. The meatloaf was overcooked and 2 sides of the slice were burnt and crunchy. I didn’t eat that part. The meatloaf otherwise was moist and tasty, as were the mashed potatoes and they were served hot , but unfortunately the carrots were cold and I didn’t want to eat them. Service from Jackie was superb!
