Very busy night and the restaurant was packed. Twenty-nine of us asked for separate checks. The server, Ivan, was the best. Good food, relaxed atmosphere. I would return.

It was incredibly busy and totally packed. Yet our wonderful server, Vanessa, along with many of her colleagues were just hustling through the process and managing to make our party of eight feel like we were getting exactly the level of service that one would only hope for. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the food, considering the kitchen must have been managing at least 100 orders at the same time. Kudos to twigs and the Mini, staff members, including the kitchen, for a successful night under stressful conditions.

Service was incredibly slow. Took. Over 30 mins to get our food and we had to go find our server to request a check.

It was so loud we could barely hear ourselves, the waiter was so busy we had 5 separate people come to our table. It was for my wife’s birthday. Food was great, mine was not but everyone overall was happy with what they had. Just unhappy with the noise and the revolving waiter/people

The food was good but the service was poor. It took two hours for my daughter and I to get our meal and we were even sharing items.

The holiday lights had just been setup downtown and we were lucky enough to be seated on the "bridge" that overlooks downtown. It was a beautiful setting. Food and service were good as always.

We were a party of 8, and getting in was no problem. The service started out a little slow but finished well. The food was great. The sausage Honey pizza was yummy. The Gnocchi was fabulous. The chicken bite appetizer was a good starter. Overall, the experience was pleasant and enjoyable.

In the Mall this is your best bet for sit-down dining. There was a few hiccups with the order but overall the food was good.

The ambience was really nice. I really wanted to sit by the window with my husband but we settled in next to some close people. The service was amazing. Kat was so friendly and quick. The food was incredible! We really did have a great time and will be back!
