Uli's Restaurant is a White Rock institution. Opened in 1986 by Uli Blume, it was one of White Rock's original waterfront restaurants and quickly became a favourite among locals for its great food and friendly atmosphere. Uli's son Tyson took over operations in 2008 and he picked up right where his father left off – providing the White Rock waterfront with a fun and relaxed place to enjoy a vibrant atmosphere, stunning water views, refreshingly simple food, an extensive international beer list, and a diverse selection of wines. Chef Jennie Silk is also making quite an impression on locals as they flock for her impeccable local flavours on the menu.

Dean!!! Best server I ever had. This guy knows how to take care of the client. Been there 4times so far…every single time, always always a great experience…from the service to food. Incredible place…highly recommend. Ask for DEAN!!!

came here with my boyfriend to celebrate valentines early because we both work day of, had an amazing experience :) i can’t remember the name of our server but he made our stay so much better & overall fun with his natural personality. he was super attentive, went into detail about the features, and put my boyfriend on his new favourite drink lol we rarely go out for dinner together, and when we do it’s usually a “get in, get out” situation but our server helped us pace so well that we didn’t feel rushed to leave. the food came out fast, tasted great & the drinks were amazing too. i’ve been to uli’s before on multiple occasions and absolutely love the atmosphere no matter where i am in the restaurant, but after this dine in, i will definitely be back sooner than later this time

Great service and friendly staff. Food quality is great and matches the menu prices. We sat outside, so there was obvious street noise, but the views were worth it and the patio was heated. I actually got hot at one point (not a bad problem in the middle of January in Canada). I liked that the server did not rush us either since I was catching up with a friend I do not see often.

Wow, what a wonderful dining experience! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, you can tell Ulis is a great place to work because all the staff we encountered were amazing! Our server Grace was fantastic and made sure we were well taken care of! My husband had the catch of the day and I had the Forester Schnitzel, both meals were delicious! Looking forward to dining at Ulis again soon!

We enjoyed our visit with old friends. The ambience was great but got loud when the next table filled in. Service was best in class. Food was OK but not up to the standards of the competition. The string fries should definitely be discontinued.
