Drink came out with the nozzle from the machine in it. Food came out with ingredients we said we didn't want. Ended up not getting our original food we wanted. She simply didn't bring it out and then tried to charge us for it. Will joy visit this restaurant again.

Disappointing - we have visited before and it was great .Our server was lovely but the food was horrible .We had beef teryikai and Mongolian beef and in both the beef was tough and tasted manufactured , overcooked and unpleasant

Great variety and the food was very tasty, added more heat to the General Tso Chicken and it was great....Peking duck was good and well as the Moo Goo Gai Pan, Food could have been a bit more hot but overall very happy.

Server was odd, seemed annoyed that we didn’t know what we wanted to order literally 20 seconds after being seated. Sushi and entrees all arrived at the same time. Food was delicious; Kung Pao Chicken & Beef Chop Suey. Service needs to be trained and more professional though. I would recommend food but not overall service or dining experience.

The roll that we ordered was really good, but the filet mignon wok dish was not filet mignon. The steak was tough and overcooked. My pad Thai was awful. Stick with rolls and you’ll probably be okay. 😕

Our waitress was great. Food okay. The bar couldn't figure out how to change a keg which was annoying. All-in-all, pretty much what we've come to expect at this casino.

This was our first time back in almost a decade, and the food was still great. The service was a little slow, and there were a lot more kids around this time, but overall, the experience was enjoyable. The sashimi combo was fresh and was a great value for 9 large pieces of sashimi, 2 nilgiri, and any roll (we got the flaming Del Sol roll, of course). The chicken teriyaki was perfectly cooked with a well-balanced sauce that wasn't too salty like other places. My wife ordered two additional rolls since there were three of us, and both rolls were delicious. We plan to come back when we visit Tucson again in the future, and we highly recommend it!

Food wasn’t bad, but this is not what I would consider to be a high end restaurant. The tables were sticky and you can smell the smoke from the smoking session in the casino. I got the old fashioned and it wasn’t good at all. The service was pretty good.

everything was great except the music was way too loud. we asked them to lower it twice but they never did. We just wanted to have a dessert, relax and talk

Ume is a terrific restaurant. It was my 2nd visit and unlike the first time, the service was fantastic and quick and efficient. The food was great (calamari bits, appetizer sampler, kung pao shrimp-good but way too many carrots-and shrimp chow mein). We were early for our reservation but seated right away. Will definitely be back!
