Since opening in 1996, Upstream Brewing Company has become well known for its great food, friendly service, terrific beer and casual upscale atmosphere. Featuring an extensive menu of new American pub fare including: Omaha’s best appetizers and thin-crust pizzas, pub favorites, superb steaks featuring hand cut “Omaha Steaks” beef, fresh fish, pasta dishes, main course salads, hearty sandwiches and, a great children’s menu. The fully stocked bars feature our award winning fresh, handcrafted beers and root beer on tap. An extensive wine list with over 100 selections has been recognized with multiple Wine Spectator Magazine Awards of Excellence. Large parties are welcome and we multiple options for seating large groups is available. Banquet rooms are also available. Glad to visit this old friend! The food was fantastic--fish n' chips, pork schnitzel, and the adult mac n' cheese all terrific. Food came out fast. Cocktails were great. And we just love the old school place.

Not a busy night, Tuesday, so quiet and very pleasing. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was served vey quickly and done just right.

Good food and great wait service as expected. One of the Hostesses was a bit snotty, but two co-workers stepped in and took care of us. She must have been having a bad night.

Two at our table ordered pork rib eyes and got beef ribeyes. Ordered two bread pudding to go and they came plated. My grandson had to snag my credit card out of the machine because our server didn’t bring it back when she brought our receipt. She was very nice and pleasant but maybe had something else occupying her mind.

Food was average to below average. Not a place I want to return when there are so many other places. The menu was tired and old. Not sure what happened to this place

This was out 3rd annual trip to Omaha and we always hit up the brewery! Food is delicious and the beers are solid but what I appreciate the most is the table-side entertainment from magician—and let’s be honest comedian—Joe Cole. He had my kids hysterically laughing. We are always glad when we go eat and he is there to wow us with some sleight of hand. I highly recommend going on a Tuesday or Thursday when he is there. Get a flight of beer, the gouda beer soup, and enjoy a great experience.
