   Once again, we had a phenomenal meal at Valbella’s! The traditional Caesar Salad has a solid slice of Romano cheese over it and is well proportioned. The Chilean Seabass was perfectly baked with a light crispy exterior. We ate upstairs at a table for (4) by the window…. Which was perfect. One of my favorite consistent experiences at Valbella is the incredibly attentive service. You’re never waiting for water to be served, your first cocktail, bread, or anything else. The wait staff makes sure they’re always close by to attend to your every need. The owner (Nick) always comes tableside to say hello and check in to make sure everything is to your liking. There aren’t many places like that around anymore…

   The best place to go for a special occasion. Celebrated our son's birthday with great food and ambiance of the wine cellar. Wait staff always attentive...Mike O'Neil was our waiter. Best regards to the staff.

   Great meal. So consistent. Highly recommend the Veal Chop Parm. Not on the menu but they will make it for you!

   The seafood combination was excellent, as well as the fried zucchini flowers. The Costoletta Alla Capriciosa was delicious, the breaded veal chop was thin and crisp. Attentive waitstaff and impeccable table. It’s a wonderful dining experience, and a wonderful evening out!

   For over 25 years, Valbella in Greenwich, CT, has been my go-to gem, never once falling short of spectacular. As a longtime regular, Nick and Lino greet me with a warmth that feels like family, a genuine embrace that extends to all—Greenwich’s influential locals and loyal patrons like me. Their hospitality makes every visit unforgettable. It begins with Italian bread, its crust so delicious it demands another slice, paired with fragrant dipping oil. Next comes a plate of Parmigiano, hand-broken from a wheel and encircled by thinly sliced soppressata—a refined hint of what’s to come. My calamari, ordered extra crispy with fiery red peppers, arrives flawless: golden, generous, and nearly too abundant, served with a zesty marinara sauce that elevates every bite. The chicken Parmigiano is pure perfection—tender, impeccably sauced, and so substantial I’ve never finished it, always needing a takeout bag. For spice enthusiasts, the Veal Valbella delivers bold, fiery delight. Dessert offers their homemade tartufo, a rich, velvety treat crafted in-house. Though their towering Napoleon often calls, the tartufo fits a full evening. Nick and Lino lead a staff that operates with seamless grace—drinks, bread, and orders arrive effortlessly, every team member attuned to your needs with real care. It’s professional yet heartfelt, a rare balance. Valbella’s prices match its Greenwich setting, but the quality—every bite, every moment—surpasses expectation. For those who savor exceptional food and service, it’s a haven. I’ll keep coming back, as I have for decades, with excitement.
