                                                                              Extremely average for the location and clientele. Not unenjoyable but far from impressed. I would much recommend and encourage to enjoy all the multiple far better options available in the very near surrounding area. Or even choose the Pub down stairs for better options.

                                                                              Went for Sunday Brunch. Food was delicious & staff was attentive and friendly. The price was too high for the value. This is my only con.

                                                                              I made a reservation for 4 for brunch for Mother’s Day. A few days later it dawned on me that they might have a special menu for Mother’s Day, so my husband called to inquire. He was told they would have their regular menu plus their normal buffet. We arrived for our reservation, only to be met with a piece of paper stating that they have a special buffet for the day at the very reasonable cost of $85 per person! And that didn’t even include the bottomless mimosas!! All the hostess said was, sorry that you were misinformed. We were seated, and the longer we sat there, the more mad I got. The server came over to take our drink orders, I looked at my husband and said let’s go, I’m not soending $400 on brunch, especially for 2 of us who aren’t big eaters. The server understood. As we walked out, the manager looked at us and said, have a nice day. No apology, nothing. Needless to say, we will never be back.

                                                                              Service was very poor. We did not receive our coffee or a water refill until we were finished with our meal. Gratuity was included at 18% which was not at all deserved, especially for a buffet. We felt very rushed. Not at all worth $85 per adult or $25 per child, not even close.

                                                                              We went for the Easter Tea and it was a wonderful experience and geared toward children as well. The service was amazing again they were so nice to our little ones and made the experience fun for both children and adults!

                                                                              Our last evening, we decided to have our dinner at Vernon's. The server was excellent, and we decided to take his suggestion of the daily catch. It was superb. We very much appreciated the ambience and view.

                                                                              Excellent service from Bryan. The food is so-so. Unless one is in this hotel for a work event or golf tournament, I wouldn't come here. The food is uninteresting and I am being kind.
