   We made reservations and still waiting 15 minutes to be seated. The service was good .The food was really good but I think with the cafe feel environment it was overpriced. The food has the price of a elegant restaurant , but this is not.I think the menu needs more choices a little less expensive. The average entrée is around $50. The should average $35 for this type of restaurant.

   Overall I was very disappointed in this meal. From waiting 20 minutes to be seated after my reservation with numerous tables available, to the lack luster demeanor of the hostess (wrong person for the position). Waitstaff was non existent the entire meal. nearly 90 minutes to be served. Food was good and prices fair, but i expect MUCH more from an establishment such as this. Bar Louis for a cocktail prior to dinner was great. Such a shame considering how great this could be beyond just photos!!!

   Excellent food. Great waitress. Ambience of a Mall courtyard, a little disappointing. We came as premium casual dress. The other patrons included prom dresses to blue jeans and t-shirts.

   Overpriced for what you get. Nothing has flavor and I’m almost positive they use instant mashed potatoes in a $60 dish. Service was slow and lacking hospitality. Won’t be back.

   My best friend and I went for a girls weekend. We heard the restaurant had really good food which it did. However, I’m disappointed in the service. We got there 30 minutes prior to our reservation so we decided to get a cocktail at the bar. The bartender was very curt when taking our order. She was the same way with the other patrons as well. We paid our bill and went to our table. The waiter was pleasant. He took our drink order and arrived shortly after with bread and took our entree orders. Thirty-five minutes later, we had not received our cocktails. My friend asked the waiter to check on our order and came back stating our drinks would be ready soon. Five-ten minutes later after still not receiving our drinks, I went upstairs to the bar and brought back two cocktails. By then, our drinks had arrived only after my friend asked to speak with the manager. The manager actually made our drinks. The food was great and I hate to give such a low overall experience due to service. From a business standpoint, alcohol is a money maker for a restaurant. They lost sales due to slow service and staff with bad attitudes.

   The atmosphere and food were good. Our waiter was pleasant but largely absent. The restaurant was not crowded or understaffed. Service was incredibly slow, and the waiter was not familiar with the menu. At least one other wait staff could not answer a question because it was their first day. A member of my party’s steak was overcooked. I expected a better experience considering the cost of everything on the menu.

   Disappointing as I was not expecting a buffet breakfast. That was not advertised. I would have preferred a selection of the menu advertised.

    $40 for a buffet breakfast that served nothing but your typical hotel breakfast.. .definitely not worth it. Nothing stood out..
