Vertical Restaurant & Bar is an Italian eatery in downtown Toronto. Modern elegance and sophistication are shown in every detail of the dining room design. Gorgeous red sunburst patterns are displayed around the lights on the roof, while a uniquely rustic centerpiece adorns the separation wall between the dining room sections. Tables are well set and arranged so that guests can easily enjoy a private date night dinner, business meetings or a friendly get together. There is an outside patio lounge area for drinks and relaxation if guests prefer a more laid-back atmosphere. Cuisine at Vertical Restaurant & Bar is fine Italian dining with fresh ingredients. Popular dishes include the house-made gnocchi, arctic char, ravioli with squash filling and shaved truffle, scallops and the parppadelle pasta. Guests at Vertical Restaurant & Bar can order à la carte or in courses. A full-service bar is available with wine pairings upon request.
