At Vetro 1925, we serve classic Italian flavors located in Downtown Fayetteville. Chef Alan Dierks specializes in local ingredients, sustainable seafood and fine cuts of meat. He and his staff strive to preserve simple, clean flavors, using the freshest ingredients. Our meats are sourced from local farms practicing the humane treatment of animals, and we import our cured meats, cheeses, and Sicilian olives from Italy. Depending on the season, you may see a few surprises on the menu in addition to your old favorites. A large portion of our menu is gluten-free, and we always have a vegetarian and vegan option as well!

                                                                Really frustrating to have a limited menu due to the Arkansas Football game, but not tell us that beforehand. Service was almost non-existent. Ran out of water, and finished glass of wine with no one checking on us. Waitress spilled water on my foot and next to our table. She said “oops” and didn’t clean it up. Food was absolutely excellent. Tasted incredible, but the service ruined the experience.

                                                                Outstanding! Every dish we had was uniquely delicious! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable of all the dishes and gave a great wine suggestion. We will definitely be back!

                                                                I made a reservation for our 39th Wedding Anniversary. The Attendant seated us in the front window in the bar area and our server was a bartender. The area we were seated in was very noisy. The server nor the restaurant never acknowledged our anniversary. The server/bartender made us feel rushed to order and finish our meal. I certainly thought we would have been treated better on our anniversary. We have been to this restaurant numerous times and we very disappointed. Doubtful we will be back.
