Chef Gio Osso’s intimate gathering spot is tucked inside Old Town Scottsdale’s Bespoke Inn, where his menu features contemporary cuisine inspired by his Mediterranean roots and global influences. Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

                                            Our first time at Virtu. Food was good , but we've had the same or better for a more reasonable price . We most likely will not return.

                                            STILL A STAR FOR ALL OF ARIZONA We visit the Phoenix area every year in March // Each year, we rotate sites, events and restaurants in the area - EXCEPT ONE - Virtu - which is an annual DO NOT MISS // Again lat night, the experience, from start to finish, was OUTSTANDING // Our group of 4 guests had a few drinks (very creative) and wines (which paired well with the food), a few appetizers (the calamari and pastas were unique and well flavored), 4 entrees (fish and chicken were the stars) and desserts (gelatos were perfect) // Our wait person, Francesca, was very knowledgeable and thorough and always was around when needed // Lastly, we had an 8 pm reservation and finished around 10 pm // Service was done well and not rushed - even though from around 9:15 pm until 9:45 pm, we were the only patrons // At 9:45 pm, a couple came in to drink/dine and were treated with great curtesy // A GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE // Look forward to returning //

                                            Excellent meal. Yes, the indoor setting was a bit noisy but the patio was too warm for my husband to be comfortable. We had Branzino and smoked duck with an excellent bottle of Aglianico. Service was impeccable.

                                            Everything was great with the exception of, you cannot take out anything in the entrée, so if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, forget it, not happening.
