Chef Gio Osso’s intimate gathering spot is tucked inside Old Town Scottsdale’s Bespoke Inn, where his menu features contemporary cuisine inspired by his Mediterranean roots and global influences. Simply dubbed "honest craft," Chef Gio's menu changes weekly, and is comprised of reliable and satisfying mainstays like homemade pastas, hearty meat dishes and superb seafood. Join us for dinner on evenings from Tuesday to Saturday inside our intimate dining room or enjoy a delightful Arizona evening on our beautifully lit patio.

    Celebrate eleven years of love, life, and the pursuit of everything chocolate at Virtù Honest Craft! National headlines have been written including the James Beard Foundation recognition. Complimentary rose and sparkling rosé upon arrival followed by a 5-course menu featuring chocolate. This menu will be available February 14th and 15th to celebrate our 11 year anniversary of everything chocolate menu! This cost is $175++ per person with additional cost for expertly paired wines. *Cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% cost of the menu per person on the reservation *A valid credit card is required to make a reservation *Some reservations may need to be modified in the event of inclement weather

                                            We enjoy fine dining a great deal, and this place is amazing! The burrata app was different in a really great way. Pork chop was super tender and sauce is lovely. Service, super attentive and personal. Overall, a fantastic splurge and will enjoy here every time we come to town.

                                            Fantastic restaurant for a date night. The food was amazing and we were really impressed by their $95 tasting menu. Huge portions and special additions from the chef made our night complete. The staff was incredible, we had to be out by a certain time due to a late work meeting and they accommodated us and made sure we didn’t feel rushed. Would go again in a second!
