The brasserie style format allows our chef the flexibility to truly showcase the best local rustic ingredients of each season which can be paired with a broad selection of wine from an abundant wine cellar cultivated over the years. Vue 1913 offers signature dishes including deviled eggs and caviar and elk tenderloin, carefully crafted. All dressed up with an art deco decor and panoramic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Vue 1913 is the perfect fit for your everyday dinner plans and your special occasions.

                                                        We were disappointed with the food and noise level of the restaurant - especially given the prices. The food was just ok, and it was pretty noisy which was surprising for a nice restaurant. The service was very good. Our food was super slow (I think they overlooked our orders) and the server and manager were very attentive. We got free dessert - souffle, which was the best part of the meal! Most disappointing was the seared tuna. For $26, it was four paper-thin pieces of tasteless tuna. The burrata was very good though. Bread was good too - but you don't go to a nice restaurant just for the bread. :)

                                                        It was a very disappointing meal for what is supposed to be a high end restaurant. If good quality meat is selected and prepared properly, it should almost melt in your mouth. My wife ordered the duck and I ordered lamb shank. Both were incredibly tough, even for the sharpened knives we were given. As a result, it was a mediocre meal for the price of what should have been a delicious meal.

                                                        We loved the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The Hali it and filet entrees were amazing.. Service was well-timed and friendly.

                                                        Overpriced and food was mediocre. Go to downtown Asheville for a better experience. Waitress was old and wacky too 🤪

                                                        The best upscale restaurant in Asheville by far. Classy interior design and wonderful ambiance, very professional servers who make you feel welcome, and food outstanding. We will be back soon!
