The brasserie style format allows our chef the flexibility to truly showcase the best local rustic ingredients of each season which can be paired with a broad selection of wine from an abundant wine cellar cultivated over the years. Vue 1913 offers signature dishes including deviled eggs and caviar and elk tenderloin, carefully crafted. All dressed up with an art deco decor and panoramic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Vue 1913 is the perfect fit for your everyday dinner plans and your special occasions.

                                                        My wife ordered the duck, When it finally was served, the duck was raw. It was slightly seared n the edges but totally red on the inside. I ordered the elk and it was a disappointment as they have changed the way it is served. It was dry and there was no sauce to help. We paid our bill and left without dessert. They did take the cost of the duck off the bill but house wine was $12 per glass and the sprite was $4 per glass. This has been our favorite place to dine until last night.

                                                        I have no problem paying a high price for very good food. My daughter and I ordered 4 different items. We found the all bland and uninteresting. The descriptions were interesting, but the actual taste was not. For fine dining prices, I expect very good food. This restaurant had been so hyped to me by many friends. I was very dissappointed.
