This ensures that everyone at your table has the chance to enjoy everything our menu has to offer. All selections are brought to your table the minute they are prepared. The restaurant is closed. How can Open table give me a reservation for a restaurant that is not in business?! Super upsetting.

We had the worst experience of all. Open Table took our reservation for date night and we arrived at the restaurant on time and they were closed with no indication as to them being closed, other than a locked set of doors and no cars in the parking lot. Big fail.

The place is closed with doors locked! Take their site down if they aren't going to be open any longer. So visitors won't waste time.

Not sure who to blame here, but showed up for reservations made and confirmed the week before to find an empty restaurant with locked doors. Someone needs to get their act together.

This restaurant is closed so it’s disappointing that open table is taking reservations for a closed restaurant. We got there, doors were locked and when we peeked through the windows everything was dark. No signs on the door indicating it was closed either. We called the phone number and the message didn’t indicate that they were closed either. This was such an inconvenience because we had to them find another place to eat that could take us without reservations.

Was looking for a place to dine on my recent trip to Palm Springs Happy to find Wangs on Open Table Food was excellent and portions big enough to have a second meal from the leftovers Went with Mongolian Beef and Chicken Fried Rice Both were excellent choices Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area and looking for Chinese food

Beef was tough and very heavy handed on the the oil. In fact of the 4 dishes we had all of them had pools of oil once they started to cool down. I’m talking a 1/4 cup per dish.

Unfortunately our food was quite bland and came out all different times. Our server made it all worse never refilled our water, we had to ask for every item and when we complained about our order (the noodles were not cooked through they were inedible) she scolded us tons us we didn’t order correctly. Came for a birthday dinner with out of town guests and it was an awful experience.

This was our first time dining at Wangs since it reopened a few months ago in 2024. We found the quality and taste of the food to be excellent as always, and we were told by our waiter that the chef is the same one from before the closure. The service time needs significant improvement. With only three tables in the entire house having guests, it still took well over twnety minutes, from the time of our order until the food was served. I hope they find a way to improve this soon. Also, want to give cudos to the bar tender. He prepared and served excellent cocktails at the bar whilew we waited for our reservation time. Overall, an enjoyable experience. We're glad that Wangs of the Desert is beack in Palm Springs.
